In plain terms
The scenes that make the argument
Three scenes carry a short product film: where the viewer starts, the action in your product, and the result.
| Scene | What to show |
|---|---|
| Checkout initiation | Capture a test checkout using the relevant payment method and currency, with card and merchant secrets absent. |
| Payment status | Show the status your system actually returns, distinguishing an authorised payment from one that has settled. |
| Settlement reconciliation | Finish on a sample payout or reconciliation view with the same transaction reference and fees. |
A concrete storyline
For example: a merchant takes a test payment, follows its status and reconciles the payout. The recognisable transaction reference is the thread that makes the invisible movement of money understandable. Do not compress a settlement delay into an implication of instant funds.
The buyer objection to answer
Payments buyers care about failure paths as well as success. If the film demonstrates retry or refunds, use the real status model and avoid guaranteeing approval rates.
How it works
Frame24 reads your positioning, colours, type and logo, and proposes a few ways to tell the story.
Screens captured from your running app — in Frame24's secure browser or by your coding agent — become the scenes.
Watch the film in the browser, describe any change in plain words, and render the version you approve.
A real pipeline example
Klaro illustrates a financial-operations story using product UI. It is a real pipeline example, not an investment recommendation, customer testimonial or proof of financial results.
