Privacy

Your work is yours.
Your privacy matters.

This policy explains what Frame24 processes when you visit the site, create films, share work, or contact us.

1. Information we process

Depending on how you use Frame24, we may process:

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and account preferences.
  • Customer content, including websites you ask us to research, prompts, brand information, uploaded files, recordings, screenshots, scripts, generated assets, and finished films.
  • Usage and project information, such as actions taken in the product, project status, credit usage, render activity, and support history.
  • Acquisition information, such as campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, the referring domain, and the first Frame24 page visited.
  • Billing information, such as subscription status, invoices, and payment identifiers. Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider rather than stored directly by Frame24.
  • Technical information, such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, security events, cookies, and diagnostic logs.
  • Communications you send to us, including sales, support, privacy, and security enquiries.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, secure, and improve Frame24;
  • research customer-provided sources and generate, edit, render, store, and deliver films;
  • authenticate users, administer accounts, process payments, and provide support;
  • detect misuse, investigate incidents, and protect users and the service;
  • communicate about the service and respond to requests; and
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. AI processing and service providers

Frame24 uses specialist providers for infrastructure, authentication, databases, payments, email delivery, AI processing, voice and media generation, rendering, and storage. We provide them with information only as needed to perform those services on our behalf or at your direction.

Some customer content may therefore be processed by third-party AI and media services when you request generation or analysis. Do not submit content you are not authorised to use or information that is unnecessary for producing your film.

4. Sharing and public links

When you create a public share link, anyone who has that link may be able to view the associated film without signing in. Treat a share link like the material it unlocks: send it only to intended recipients and disable it when it is no longer needed.

We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business reorganisation, or with your instruction or consent. We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and local storage

Frame24 uses cookies and similar browser storage for authentication, security, session continuity, preferences, product functionality, and first-touch acquisition analytics. The acquisition cookie is first-party, expires after 30 days, and stores campaign parameters, referring domain, and landing path rather than a full referring URL. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies on the Frame24 website.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain legitimate business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention can vary by data type and account status. We use administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can also close your account or ask questions about a specific project.

Send requests through our contact page. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

8. International processing and changes

Frame24 and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. We take steps appropriate to the service and applicable law when information is transferred. We may update this policy as Frame24 develops. Material changes will be reflected by the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, communicated through the service.
