Terms

A clear agreement
for making good work.

These terms govern access to Frame24 and the creation, editing, rendering, and sharing tools we provide.

Last updated 21 August 2026

1. Using Frame24

By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or using Frame24, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use Frame24 for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

2. Accounts and access

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly telling us about suspected unauthorised access. You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan or account limits.

3. Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of content you submit and, as between you and Frame24, the films and assets produced for you. You grant Frame24 the limited rights needed to host, copy, analyse, transform, render, and deliver that material so we can operate the service and carry out your instructions.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for submitted websites, trademarks, footage, music, voices, personal information, and other materials. You are responsible for reviewing and approving a film before publishing or relying on it.

4. AI-generated material

AI-generated output can contain errors, resemble other material, or require human review. Frame24 does not guarantee that output is unique, accurate, legally clear for every use, or suitable for a regulated decision. You must check factual claims, permissions, brand use, and applicable disclosure requirements before publication.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Frame24 to:

  • break the law, infringe rights, deceive people, impersonate others, or facilitate fraud;
  • create or distribute malware, abusive content, unlawful surveillance, or harmful instructions;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or usage controls;
  • access another customer’s account, projects, or share links without permission; or
  • resell or automate access except where a written agreement or product feature allows it.

6. Shared films

A public share link may be opened by anyone who possesses it. You control whether to create, distribute, or disable that link and are responsible for choosing material suitable for link-based sharing. Frame24 may restrict a share where necessary to address abuse, security, legal obligations, or service integrity.

7. Plans, credits, and payment

Prices, included usage, billing period, and renewal terms are presented when you purchase. Taxes may apply. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the available account or billing controls. Except where required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees already paid are non-refundable. Failed, reversed, or overdue payments may result in restricted access.

8. Frame24 technology

Frame24 retains all rights in the service, software, workflows, designs, documentation, and technology that are not your content or finished customer material. These terms do not grant either party rights to the other party’s names or trademarks beyond what is necessary to use the service.

9. Availability, suspension, and termination

We work to keep Frame24 available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features and third-party dependencies may change. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, abuse, legal compliance, or a material breach. You may stop using the service and cancel a paid plan through the available billing controls.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Frame24 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties that can lawfully be disclaimed. Frame24 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.

To the extent permitted by law, Frame24’s total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to Frame24 for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material revisions will be reflected by the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, communicated through the service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

Questions about these terms can be sent through our contact page.

These public terms cover the standard service. Enterprise customers may agree separate terms, data-processing provisions, security commitments, and service levels with Frame24.
