In plain terms
The scenes that make the argument
Three scenes carry a short product film: where the viewer starts, the action in your product, and the result.
| Scene | What to show |
|---|---|
| Previous behaviour | Capture the previous behaviour or describe it accurately from supplied release material, with version context. |
| Changed behaviour | Show the shipped change in the real product, using the release build rather than an unreleased design. |
| Migration or access note | End on a migration, access or compatibility note that affects existing users. |
A concrete storyline
For example: an existing customer sees how a saved filter now behaves, compares the changed interaction and checks whether a setting needs updating. The film serves returning users who know the old behaviour. Keep the migration note even if it is less dramatic than the reveal.
The buyer objection to answer
A changelog film can obscure a breaking change by concentrating on the new benefit. Give the access or migration consequence its own readable moment instead of hiding it behind the CTA.
How it works
Frame24 reads your positioning, colours, type and logo, and proposes a few ways to tell the story.
Screens captured from your running app — in Frame24's secure browser or by your coding agent — become the scenes.
Watch the film in the browser, describe any change in plain words, and render the version you approve.
A real pipeline example
Ozone illustrates a risk-ranking software story: a queue becomes a shortlist. This is a real Frame24 pipeline example, not an endorsement or proof of your product’s capabilities.
