Connect Frame24 to ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini
Add Frame24 to the AI assistant you already use and ask it for a product film in plain words. Pick your assistant for a picture-by-picture guide — about two minutes.
Frame24 makes narrated product films from your website, your brand and your real product screens. You can use it in the Frame24 studio — or you can add it to the AI assistant you already talk to every day, and simply ask: "Make a 30-second film about my product." The assistant then does the producing: it asks you a few questions, works out the story, captures your real screens and shows you everything before anything is made.
Adding Frame24 takes about two minutes. You paste one web address into your assistant's settings and sign in to Frame24. That is all. (In the settings it may be called a connector, an app or a custom app — they all mean the same thing: a tool your assistant is allowed to use. The technical name is an MCP server, but you will never need it.)

What happens after you connect
- You ask in plain words
- "Make a 30-second product film of mycompany.com." You do not need to know any commands or settings.
- It checks what it understood
- Frame24 reads your website. Your assistant tells you what it understood about your product and asks you to correct anything wrong.
- It captures your real screens
- If the film should show your product, the assistant gives you a link. A secure browser opens, you sign in to your own product, and the assistant clicks through and captures each screen itself.
- You approve the story and the cost
- You see the storyline scene by scene and what it costs. Nothing is made until you say yes.
- It makes the film and can improve it
- The film takes roughly 10 to 40 minutes. Your assistant can then watch it, tell you what it would improve, and make changes when you ask.
When this is not the right route
- You are on ChatGPT's free plan: custom apps are not available there. Use Claude, Gemini or the Frame24 studio instead.
- You only use your phone: ChatGPT's custom apps run on the web only. Claude and Gemini work better here — or use the Frame24 studio in your mobile browser.
- You are outside the US: Gemini's custom apps are US-only for now. Claude and ChatGPT work in most countries.
- You would rather click than chat: the Frame24 studio at studio.frame24.app does everything here with buttons, no assistant needed.

Can I use Frame24 inside ChatGPT?
Yes. On a ChatGPT Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Education plan, turn on Developer mode, create an app with Frame24's address and sign in. It works on chatgpt.com in a browser; ChatGPT's mobile apps do not run custom apps yet.
Can I use Frame24 in Claude?
Yes, on every Claude plan. In any chat, click + → Connectors → Add connector → Add custom connector, paste Frame24's address and sign in. The Free plan allows one custom connector, so Frame24 would be your one.
Do I need a Frame24 account first?
No. When your assistant opens Frame24's sign-in page, choose Create an account. You come straight back to your assistant afterwards; the 3-day trial includes three 30-second films (card required).
Is it safe to connect Frame24 to my assistant?
You sign in to Frame24 on Frame24's own page, and your assistant never sees your password. You can disconnect it at any time from the assistant's settings. When the assistant captures your product's screens, you sign in to your product yourself in Frame24's secure browser — the assistant never types a password.
What does it cost?
Connecting is free; making films starts with a 3-day trial (card required) that includes three 30-second films. Longer films, AI-generated images and clips, and downloads need a paid plan or credits; your assistant tells you the cost before it makes anything.
